This role sits within the Investment team and offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from underwriting and acquisition through to asset management, portfolio analysis and fund reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Transactions
Build and maintain detailed financial models (acquisitions, divestments, development and repositioning)
Conduct cashflow modelling, IRR analysis, debt structuring and scenario testing
Support due diligence processes (commercial, financial and operational)
Assist in preparing Investment Committee papers and transaction memoranda
Analyse leasing assumptions, capital expenditure and asset-level performance
Assist with portfolio performance analysis across retail and other direct real estate assets
Support fund-level modelling including returns, cash distributions and capital tracking
Monitor asset performance against underwriting and investment thesis
Work closely with Asset Management on forecasting and variance analysis
Reporting & Stakeholder Support




Contribute to quarterly and annual investor reporting
Assist in valuation processes and external advisor coordination
Prepare internal performance dashboards and analytics
Support capital raising materials and data room management when required
About You
2–4 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, Funds Management or Investment banking (real estate coverage) or Big 4 TS or Financial Modelling.
Strong financial modelling capability (advanced Excel essential)
Explicit understanding of IRR, NPV, equity waterfalls and capital structuring
Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, high-performing team
