Our client is a market‐leading supplier of high‐quality precast concrete products for major construction and infrastructure projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Precast Production Supervisor to oversee operations and drive excellence across their Winnellie facility.

About the Role:
n
n
Execute production plans to hit production targets
n
Oversee quality control processes and ensure all products meet required specifications
n
Lead, mentor and develop production team members to build capability and performance
n
Manage budgets and complete monthly stock takes
n
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements
n
n
About You:
n
n
Proven experience in precast concrete production, with robust leadership capability
n
Safety‐focused, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
n




Current white card
n
Hold a high‐risk work licence - LF, CB & DG are highly regarded
n
Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
n
