The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and workshop, managing the experience from booking right through to vehicle handover.
Customer Care: Manage service bookings, handle enquiries and build robust, long-term relationships.
Workshop Operations: Prepare repair orders, coordinate directly with technicians and the Parts team and track job approvals.
Communication: Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and ensure vehicles are delivered on time as promised.

About You
Positive, organised and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and operates as a true team player.
Automotive or Service Advisor experience is highly regarded,



though excellent attitude and cultural fit are equally valued.
