We are currently seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our team in a full-time rotating role, with additional opportunities available for part time and casual employment.

Roster:

Full-Time roster is four days on then four days off, rotating through an 8 week cycle.

Part-Time & Casual roles also available.

As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a secure, welcoming environment while maintaining a strong security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team.
/n
Your responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
Providing high-quality customer service and front-line support
/n
Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues proactively
/n
Responding to all medical and security incidents
/n
Accurately reporting and recording incidents during your shift
/n
Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
/n/n
To be successful in this role, you will need:
/n
/n
A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
/n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
/n
Good written and verbal communication skills
/n
A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
/n
High personal integrity and grooming standards
/n/n
