About the Role

/n

We currently have an exciting chance for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.

/n

Reporting to the National Funding Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

/n

/n
Identify opportunities for ANACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times

/n
Funding appraisal and review management

/n
Complete resident care assessments and care planning for new residents

/n
Liaison with residents to complete assessments and care plans reflective of care needs.



Providing advice to clinical teams and resident management regarding resident care assessments and care planning.

/n
Provide support at residences for external AN-ACC assessment visits.

/n/n

What we're looking for

Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills

/n
Exceptional communication skills

/n
A current AHPRA registration

/n
Ability to produce transparent, accurate, and well-maintained documentation

/n
Strong understanding of care planning and evaluation

/n
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

/n
Excellent organisational and time management skills

/n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

/n/n
