An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on a high-end Luxury Residential project in Queens Park valued at $6M. Working closely with the Construction Manager and Director, your duties are wide-ranging and include but are not limited to:

/n
Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
/n
Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
/n
Liaising with Construction Manager, Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
/n
Accurate Site set-outs
/n
Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile
/n
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Carpenter with at least 10 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued over $3M. It is essential that you have worked on high-end Luxury renovations or Recent Built projects and are experienced on running projects from excavation stage all the way to Finishing.
