Job Description
Cota Victoria is seeking an experienced NDIS In Home and Social Services Coordinator to oversee in-home, social and community supports in Melbourne. You will liaise with participants, families and professionals to ensure safe, person-centred, outcome-focused services and to maximise independence and participation.

The role requires 1–2 years of NDIS coordination experience, solid NDIS funding knowledge, and solid communication skills, with attention to documentation and compliance requirements.
