Property Network of Australia is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a agile property group specialising in retail asset management and development, delivering innovative marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement and asset performance. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaign management, and digital content creation within the property or retail sector.
n Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this role supports the delivery of integrated marketing programs, manages digital and social media channels, and partners with centre teams to drive brand positioning and customer engagement. The Marketing Executive will also collaborate with retailers and community groups to deliver impactful initiatives and support business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing annual marketing strategies and plans
n
Manage content creation and delivery across digital, social, and traditional channels
n
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve targets
n
Support retailer engagement and marketing initiatives to drive sales and participation
n
Partner with centre teams to deliver events and enhance customer experience
n
Oversee marketing administration, reporting, and compliance requirements
n

The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
n
2-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in shopping centres or retail property
n
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, and social media management
n
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
