Job Description
Metcash is seeking an experienced FP&A; leader to drive group planning, forecasting and performance reporting across P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow. You will build robust three-way financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis and capital allocation decisions, while partnering with executives to optimize liquidity and shareholder value.

You will analyse working capital, cash conversion and debt drivers, providing actionable insights for the Board and Investment Committee.
