About the Role
Busy Bees at Port Kennedy is looking for an experienced and motivatedCentre Directorto lead our service.
With a licensed capacity of 86 children, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education
Ensure compliance with theNational Quality Framework (NQF),EYLF, and ACECQA requirements
Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and budgeting
Build strong, lasting partnerships with families and the local community
Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and high-quality curriculum delivery
Promote Busy Bees' values ofCare, Quality, Service, and Value
What You'll Need
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks
CurrentWorking with Children Check (WA)
Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Full Australian working rights
