As a Head Cook, you'll be trusted to:
Build and lead a brand-new kitchen team, supporting the restaurant leadership team with hands‐on training before the restaurant even opens.
Set the standard for food quality, speed and consistencyfrom day one, ensuring every dish reflects GYG's bold flavours and fresh ingredients.
Support the full restaurant opening, including prep, training, operational readiness and opening execution.
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth operations, strong communication and a positive team culture.
