Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Sydney
Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business processes into detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
Analyze and recommend solutions leveragingPSS data models,Experience Cloud portals,FSL scheduling, andSalesforce Shield security features.
Support solution architects and developers with clarifications during design and build.
Conduct system demos, UAT support, and training sessions with business users.
Ensure solutions comply withpublic sector standards, security, and governance requirements.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and end users.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant experience.




Hands-on knowledge ofPublic Sector Solutionsand government processes.
Familiarity withExperience Cloud(community/portal use cases),FSL(workforce/service management), andShield(encryption, monitoring, compliance).
Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
SalesforceBusiness AnalystorAdministratorcertification preferred; PSS/Experience Cloud certification a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience inlarge-scale public sector transformation programs.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Secure) and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
