We are seeking aProject Engineerto support and enhance aSnowflake-based Data Platform hosted on AWS.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering, platform support, and cloud-based data solutions, with strong hands‐on expertise inSnowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS services.
The role will involve managing data platform operations, supporting project delivery, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements across the data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of Snowflake-based data solutions on AWS.
Monitor and manage Snowflake environments, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.
Develop, maintain, and supportdbttransformations and data models.
Support and optimizeApache Airflowworkflows and data orchestration processes.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver data platform initiatives.
Troubleshoot data pipeline, integration, and platform issues, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
Implement platform monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization recommendations.
Assist with production deployments, release management, and environment support activities.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and project artifacts.
Required Skills




Experience working withSnowflake Data Cloudin an AWS environment.
Strong understanding of AWS services including:
Amazon S3
IAM
CloudWatch
Lambda
SNS/SQS (preferred)
Hands‐on experience withdbtfor data transformation and modelling.
Experience supporting and developingApache Airflowworkflows.
Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
Experience working with ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Snowflake and/or AWS certifications.
Experience with Python scripting and automation.
Exposure to Terraform, DataOps, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
