Senior Account Executive – Corporate Insurance Broking
Sydney CBD | Hybrid working | $120,000 – $150,000 + super
A well-established insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Corporate Broking team in Sydney.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to an experienced broker who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering high-touch service to sophisticated corporate clients.
The Role
You will be a key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Account Directors to manage complex insurance programs and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for corporate clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Managing renewals end-to-end, including strategy, submissions, negotiations and placement
Providing high-level technical advice across complex, multi-line insurance programs
Liaising closely with insurers and underwriters to achieve competitive and tailored outcomes
Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the corporate team
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal governance requirements
About You




Significant experience in insurance broking within a corporate or large commercial environment
Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to retain and grow client portfolios
Solid technical knowledge across core commercial lines (Property, Liability, Construction or similar)
Tier 1 qualified (essential)
Confident, qualified communicator who can engage at senior client level
Proactive, organised and commercially minded
