WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead the delivery of enterprise data and automation capabilities aligned to strategic priorities
Develop and manage data platforms including warehouses, lakes, and analytics ecosystems
Build enterprise dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making
Champion data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver analytics and customer insight solutions (CRM, CDP)
Design, test, and deploy automation workflows and AI use cases that drive process improvement
Oversee integration of data across ERP, CRM, POS, eCommerce and other enterprise systems
Drive adoption of contemporary data practices and self-service analytics across teams
Support cloud modernization and digital enablement initiatives
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who brings:
5-10 years' experience in a similar data, automation, or solutions role
Skilled in enterprise data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and automation
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), middleware, APIs, and integration tools
Proven problem-solving ability with strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage technical and non-technical teams
Clear communicator with strong documentation skills
Exposure to retail, supply chain, digital or eCommerce environments is highly valued
Adaptive, collaborative, and motivated to deliver results
This role is focused on solution design and orchestration
Advanced prompt engineering/Vibe coding highly regarded
Understanding of API integration and automation platforms (Middleware, Azure, AWS etc)
Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
