We're seeking a commercially minded and connectedInvestor Relations professionalto joinYard, a growing non-bank lender and fund manager.
This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in building out the investor base for theYard Income Trust, our newly launched mortgage fund.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the capital raising effort for the Yard Income Trust from wholesale investors
Leverage existing relationships withaccountants, wealth managers, and family officesto build a quality investor base
Develop and execute a targetedinvestor outreach strategy, including events, presentations, and one-on-one meetings
Act as the primary contact for investors and potential investors, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
Work closely with the Managing Director and distribution partners on investor communications, reporting, and marketing
About You
Strong networks acrossprofessional services firms and family officesin Australia
Prior experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business development—ideally inprivate credit, alternative investments, or funds management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help grow something from the ground up
