Position Overview
Full-time opportunity for an Apple Technician to provide face-to-face support, maintain technology assets, and mobile devices.
Trinity Grammar School seeks a talented Apple technician to deliver onsite technical support and manage technology assets across our Primary Campuses at Summer Hill and Strathfield.
Your role involves installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of Apple Mac/iPad OS and Windows devices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide face-to-face support to students and staff, helping them use Apple devices effectively.
Assist in the training of staff and students on technology use.
Manage and maintain a variety of technologies, including JAMF, O365, Apple School Manager, Intune, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and hardware such as MacBooks, Windows PCs, phones, and classroom technology.
Translate technical information into accessible language for users.




Qualifications and Skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Tertiary qualifications in a related computing field are desirable.
Technical certifications such as JAMF 100 and 200 are advantageous.
Knowledge of Apple enterprise management and security platforms, networking environments.
Previous experience with the mentioned technologies is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
