The Role: Sales Manager- B2CAs our newSales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind oursales team.
Reporting to the B2C Manager, your mission will be tolead, grow, and scale revenuewhile ensuring our venue partners and clients receive top-tier service.

What You'll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Boss)Leading & Growing the Sales Team:Running daily stand-ups, coaching reps, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture.
Smashing Revenue Goals:Drivinggrowth, maintainingsite inspection conversion rates, and negotiating killer commercial deals.




Being in the Trenches:Closing deals alongside your team, supporting them during leave periods, and ensuring targets are always exceeded.
Developing Future Sales Stars:Running bi-monthly training sessions and fortnightly one-on-ones to ensureevery team member is operating at their peak.
