What you'll do
Lead and mentor a high‐performing software delivery team
Drive delivery of quality, customer‐facing products using industry best practices
Oversee software releases and support production environments
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers

Proven engineering leadership and strong technical expertise
Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, coaching experience
