ResponsibilitiesDeliver
exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product advice,



quotations and purchasesAchieve sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and sales outcomesProcess customer transactions, organise deliveries and ensure a seamless purchasing experienceMaintain high standards of presentation across the Outlet Centre, including pricing, merchandising and stock displaysSupport the management and reconciliation of B-stock inventory while assisting with warehouse operationsMaintain accurate product knowledge through ongoing training and confidently communicate product features and benefitsWork collaboratively with the Warehouse, Service and Retail teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsWhat We Are Looking ForMust-havePrevious retail sales or customer service experience with a strong focus on achieving sales resultsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team environmentNice-to-haveExperience in premium retail, appliances, furniture or home
