If you're currently running SEM campaigns and want to step into a role with bigger budgets, more advanced tooling, and real ownership, then this is a robust next move to work for our client. This opportunity sits within one of Australia's most sophisticated performance marketing environments, where experimentation, automation and data‐led decision making are at the core of everything they do.
This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract with a very high likelihood of converting to permanent. You'll join a high‐performing Search team and take ownership of paid search campaigns at scale, with the ability to test, learn and optimise in a genuinely fast‐paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the end‐to‐end execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Drive ongoing experimentation (A/B testing,



automation, creative & personalisation) to improve performance
Analyse campaign data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
Manage budgets, forecasts and performance targets (ROI, acquisition, spend)
Partner with data and marketing teams to improve tracking, reporting and measurement capability
What They're Looking For
2+ years of experience in SEM / Paid Search / PPC
Strong hands‐on experience with Google Ads
Comfortable working with data to optimise performance
Experience with Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau is a bonus)
Exposure to SQL, testing/experimentation or automation is advantageous - but not essential
This role is ideal for someone coming from an agency or in‐house role who wants to step into a more advanced, high‐scale environment.
