Are you an experienced leader within the travel industry looking to take the next step in your career in ****?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established travel wholesaler where you will lead a high-performing reservations team and help deliver exceptional service to travel agents and their clients.
In this role, you'll lead a reservations team, developing their skills, lifting service standards, and supporting them to meet performance goals while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach and develop a team of reservation consultants to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets
Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
Support sales performance by managing team KPIs, monitoring results, and taking calls where required
Foster a positive, cooperative, and motivated team environment
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
Handle escalated enquiries and provide solutions to complex issues




Collaborate with peers across the business to ensure consistent service delivery
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing a team in the travel or tourism sector
Strong coaching and people management skills, including setting KPIs and driving performance
Excellent customer service and sales experience
Ability to think proactively, solve problems and create a productive, fun, and results-driven workplace
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
