We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Geelong team.

The opportunity

This is a outstanding opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.

The role
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Managing the construction process from start to finish
n
Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors
n
Ensuring all OH&S; requirements are met across your sites
n
Maintaining quality standards throughout every stage of construction
n
Delivering homes within agreed construction timeframes
n
Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer service
n
Monitoring and managing ETS budgets
n
Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams
n
Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the build
n

About you
n
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
n
n
Previous Site Management experience,



ideally within volume residential construction
n
A strong understanding of the residential building process
n
The ability to manage multiple builds at different stages of construction
n
Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
A genuine focus on quality and customer service
n
Transparent and confident communication skills
n
The ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader team
n
A motivated, accountable and positive approach
n
