Sigma Healthcare is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee Recruitment Administration and People & Culture Operations. You will lead two teams, coach staff, and ensure accurate employee records while driving service excellence.
The role requires a continuous improvement mindset, stakeholder education, and robust SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to enhance workflows and support system upgrades. Hybrid work from Preston four days a week with one day remote.
