Responsibilities
Own and optimise our ecommerce experience via Shopify
Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
Manage customer journeys and segmentation across digital touchpoints
Collaborate with our cellar door, events, and production teams to bring the Elderton story to life online
Analyse performance metrics and turn insights into action
Manage Instagram and Facebook social media profiles plus a few others
Ideally you will also have a background in design and be familiar with Adobe products
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing,



ideally in wine, food, or lifestyle brands
Hands-on expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo (Winehub experience a bonus)
A flair for content, copywriting, and visual storytelling
Strong analytical skills and a love of data-driven decisions
A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
