Hybrid work arrangement – 2 days per week in Sydney CBD office, 3 days WFH

What you'll bring?
Must have 2+ years of experience in either an application support or software development environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with clients
Experience providing application / technical support over phone,



email, chat
Strong knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
Prior experience leveraging AI in an application support or software development role
What you'll be doing?
Working as part of the Application Support Team in Sydney to troubleshoot customer queries / issues
Responding to tickets from customers / escalations that arise internally
Providing support to users/administrators of this company's platform over the phone and over Teams
Working on a rostered work-week, mostly 7:30am – 3:30pm OR 8am – 4pm
Contributing to the evolution of best practices for the delivery of support services in the organisation
Leveraging AI to improve workflows and enhance the overall application support team's service offering
Understanding this company's platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations
