Job Description
Pact Group Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Recovery & Wellbeing Coach to join our Group Health & Safety team. You will partner with leaders, employees, healthcare providers and claims agents to support protected and sustainable recovery outcomes for staff experiencing work-related or non-work-related injuries.

This highly collaborative role requires regular travel across NSW and interstate as needed, and you will develop and implement individual recovery plans, coordinate early intervention
