As the
Clinical Customer Care Manager
, you will play a key role within the customer care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards.

Embedding clinical best practices across the team and supporting ongoing professional development.
Developing tailored support plans through in-depth assessments that meet each customer's unique needs.
Ensuring services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards and compliance requirements.
Driving continuous improvement through data insights, feedback, and process enhancements.




Supporting business growth by contributing to service innovation and strategic goals.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Solid understanding of the NDIS environment or other health-related services.
Experience in a customer-focused service business. Confidence in engaging stakeholders and building external partnerships.
Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a broader team.
Qualifications:
Current APHRA registration with no conditions • Diploma of Nursing
