Business Development Manager / Territory Manager
, covering
South West Sydney through to Wollongong and Canberra
. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (NSW, ACT, QLD, NT), you'll play a key role in driving visibility, availability, and growth across high-potential pharmacy accounts.
You'll deliver
in-store execution excellence
, grow
distribution and share of shelf
, and bring the
Perfect Store model
to life - building strong retailer relationships, driving promotional compliance, and unlocking opportunities for new product sell-ins.
This is a
growth focused role
, managing and expanding an existing account base rather than breaking into new stores, offering a great platform to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
Prioritise call file based on growth, sales potential, and distribution gaps
Execute structured call plans supported by CRM and insights from segmentation
Use data to identify distribution opportunities, upsell initiatives, and POS gaps
Focus on high-value stores that can drive growth vs coverage-only mindset
Deliver brand standards in-store including core range, off-location displays, and promotional compliance
Conduct store audits and capture execution data via Salesforce
Educate staff on current products, brand stories, and promotional activity
Ensure POS is placed, activated, and used as intended
Be a category ambassador – position the company as a value-adding supplier, not just a seller
Gather insights and in-field analyses to feed back to Commercial teams
Experience
Must come with experience working in FMCG / Consumer Goods - open to different categories
Proven ability to influence and sell in-store
Strong understanding of retail operations and ideally pharmacy dynamics
High motivation to chase growth within existing accounts
Skilled in data use to prioritise and convert opportunities
Strong time management and call efficiency
Professional in brand representation and product education
Resilient, autonomous, and accountable for store-level impact
Experience working with a business going through transformational change - strong SLT and growth plans, with investment back into the business and brands
