You'll drive technical strategy, ensure scalability, and mentor engineering teams to build secure, resilient, and customer-centric digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and delivermobile (iOS/Android)andweb banking applicationswith enterprise-grade performance and security.
Lead engineering teams, set coding standards, and ensure best practices inDevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Drive innovation indigital banking experiences, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and APIs.
Oversee performance tuning, monitoring, and incident resolution for mission-critical applications.




Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as aPrincipal Engineer/Tech Leadin large-scale mobile and web platforms.
Solid expertise inJava, Kotlin, Swift, React/Angular, Node.js.
Deep understanding ofcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)andmicroservices architecture.
Experience withsecurity frameworks, authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and compliance in financial services.
Knowledge ofpayments, digital onboarding, and transaction processingin banking.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Exposure toAI/ML-driven personalizationin digital banking.
Experience withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
