Injury Management Advisor - NSW CTP
Role type: Full Time hybrid role for an Injury Management Advisor in the Compulsory Third Party scheme.
Our client is an International Insurer.
This is a rewarding role with the opportunity to positively influence and assist individuals who have sustained an injury following a motor vehicle accident.
Responsibilities
Review treatment, rehabilitation and care needs to support an individual's recovery progress
Support, coach and upskill claims team to effectively manage injuries and guide them to best practice claims management
Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including medical and rehab professionals to assist with recovery progress
Implement strategies for successful return to work and function
Understand and apply legislative requirements
Qualifications / Skills
Previous experience and qualifications in injury rehabilitation or allied health.
Experience in CTP or insurer settings is preferred
Leadership skills including coaching/training ability
Strong communication skills with ability to engage and have a positive influence
Exceptional time management
Positive attitude, able to work collaboratively and in a team
This role is primarily located in Parramatta, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work.
