Grade: Clerk Grade *****
Employment type: Ongoing full‐time position
Salary range: $84,659 – $92,701 + super, leave loading, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
Provide a range of paralegal functions to support efficient legal services, including general administrative support.
Undertake legal research and assist in preparing draft advice and briefing documents.
Assist in managing compliance with subpoenas, collating and reviewing documents to be produced.
Support lawyers in managing claims, litigation and other legal matters.
Act as a point of contact with customers and stakeholders, responding to enquiries and providing information.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience and/or qualifications in a legal or administrative role.
Motivated team player who can work independently in a fast‐paced setting.
Client‐focused with strong analytical, lateral thinking and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with junior and senior lawyers on matter management, reporting and precedents.
