What You'll Do
Develop and deliver asales strategythat aligns with Rollie's big-picture goals
Set clear sales targets and KPIs, track progress, and report on performance
Partner with Customer Care to createomnichannel service standardsthat boost spend, retention, and acquisition
Jump in on ad-hoc projects that support both thesales strategyand broader business goals
Manage the sales budget,optimising spend across channelsfor maximum ROI, and champion a data-led approach to understand the voice of the customer
Overseeretail and wholesale costs, ensuring spend is within budget, and that store schedules meet operational needs withinwage-to-sales targets
Recruit, train, and leada high-performing sales team, keeping them empowered, capable, and accountable
Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and brand teams tohit sales targetsand deliver a seamlesscustomer experience
Who You Are
Experienced:2 to 3 years in a senior sales role, ideally in retail
Strategic & Hands-On:able to see the big picture and make it happen on the ground




Creative & Analytical:blending people-first leadership with data-driven decision making
A Strong Communicator:builds trust and relationships with ease
Results-Driven:thrives on solving problems and hitting targets
