Busy, popular CBD cafe established 14 years seeks experienced Barista

/n

MONDAY to THURSDAY day shifts with a 6.30am start

/n

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a trained Barista.

/n

Must be confident to set and adjust coffee grinder.

/n

Must be able to produce consistent and well textured milk.

/n

Must be 100% fluent in English.

/n

Busy work setting with excellent conditions.

/n

You must have the following the skills:

Be able to work alongside a small team of dedicated staff members

/n
Ability to work under pressure and show initiative

/n
Be honest, reliable and genuine with a valuable work ethic

/n
Be friendly in your approach and confident in taking orders

/n
Be confident to speak directly with customers and have knowledge of the menu

/n
Be interested in coffee and take pride in your presentation including basic latte art
