Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Property Lawyer to join and lead our conveyancing and property team based in Warners Bay, with the flexibility to work from home each week.

/n

In this role, you will lead a capable and cooperative team comprising:

/n

A Senior Licensed Conveyancer managing her own matters

/n

A Licensed Conveyancer managing her own matters

/n

Dedicated support staff

/n

You will play a key leadership role while also managing your own files, particularly complex matters.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Manage a diverse caseload, including complex property matters such as option agreements and commercial/industrial conveyancing

/n

Provide guidance and mentorship to conveyancers,



assisting with complex issues as they arise

/n

Work closely with the Director and stakeholders, who will support and mentor you in the role.

/n

In addition, you will ideally have:

/n
7 years' post-admission experience (we welcome more experienced candidates)

/n

Solid experience in property law, including residential, commercial and industrial matters.

/n

The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.

/n

Excellent communication and drafting skills.
