We are partnering with a highly respected, rapidly expanding national healthcare and allied health provider. While they've been a leader in their field for decades, their internal tech landscape is going through an exciting modernisation phase.

They are building out a dedicated IT team and are looking for a Power Apps Developer to take ownership of creating custom applications that make life easier for their internal teams and healthcare practitioners. If you enjoy taking a problem, sketching out a solution, and building an app from scratch, this is for you.

What you will be doing:
/n
Instead of just working through a backlog of tickets, you'll be directly engaging with different departments to figure out where the bottlenecks are.
/n
/n
Design & Build: You will architect, build, and deploy custom Canvas and Model-driven applications from the ground up.
/n
Automate: Use Power Automate to streamline complex business processes and replace outdated legacy systems.
/n
Collaborate:
Run workshops with both technical and non-technical staff to understand their needs and translate them into smart tech solutions.
/n
Maintain & Improve: Ensure everything runs smoothly post-launch, fix bugs, and write transparent documentation so user adoption is seamless.
/n/n
What you bring to the table:
/n
/n
At least 2 years of hands-on commercial experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
/n
Solid understanding of Dataverse as a data source and experience with Share Point development.
/n
A genuine focus on UI/UX – you don't just build functional apps; you build apps that are clean, intuitive, and easy for non-tech people to use.
/n
Great communication skills. You can explain technical concepts to stakeholders without making their eyes glaze over.
/n
Background in healthcare or an workplace with strict data privacy standards is a bonus, but not mandatory.
