Our client is currently seeking an experienced couple to manage their busy community store in an Aboriginal Community in WA. This is an excellent prospect to experience community life for a couple looking for a chance to work together in a spectacular setting.

The Roles

/n

Store Managers

/n

Reporting to Community Directors and Financial Controller, the Store Managers will manage & oversee all operations including:

/n

/n
Stock management including stock-takes, ordering, deliveries

/n
Fuel supply and management

/n
Counter serving & general customer service

/n
Store administration, data & accounts management

/n
Overseeing a small takeaway & catering kitchen

/n
Training & managing staff

/n/n

The Requirements

/n

/n




Previous store manager experience essential (either in community store or roadhouse)

/n
Previous experience working in remote locations (e.g. mining town or in an outback store / roadhouse) preferred

/n
Excellent organisational skills and punctuality

/n
Adaptable approach, positive attitude and a willingness to learn essential

/n/n

Annual salary package is on offer including an annual travel allowance.

Rental allowance is provided.

Use of an excellent fully furnished 3 bedroom house.

6 weeks annual leave.

A salary review will be conducted on successful completion of 3 month probation.
