We're opening a current restaurant and are looking for an Executive Chef to lead the space from day one.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building a kitchen from the ground up, bringing ideas to life, and setting the standard for quality, creativity, and consistency.

About the Role

As Executive Chef, you'll take ownership of the culinary operation while working closely with ownership and the leadership team to continue building on the venue's outstanding reputation.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Designing seasonal menus that showcase exceptional local produce.

/n

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team

/n

Managefood cost control, budgeting, and kitchen efficiencies

/n

Oversee ordering and supplier relationships, ensuring quality produce

/n

Maintain high standards ofconsistency, presentation, and service

/n

Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards

/n





Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience

/n

About You

/n

Proven experience as aHead Chef or Executive Chefin a high-volume environment

/n

Demonstrated experience instaff management and team leadership

/n

Excellent understanding ofcost control, margins, and kitchen systems

/n

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

/n

Strong organisational and communication skills

/n

A hands-on leader who leads by example

/n
