Based in Mount Isa, you'll support our staff, clients and programs through high-quality administration while contributing to improved health outcomes for rural and remote communities.,

Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of services.

Deliver qualified frontline customer service and assist clients, staff and stakeholders.

/n
Coordinate appointments, travel, fleet, building maintenance and other operational activities.

/n
Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation while supporting reporting requirements.

/n
Contribute to a cooperative team setting focused on delivering exceptional community services.

About the Candidate

/n

Experience in an administrative,



customer service or office support role.

/n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

/n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.

/n
High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

/n
A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

$64, 411 + Super + Salary Packaging;
