What You’ll Do

As part of our crew, you’ll be hands-on in delivering high-quality asphalt surfacing works across a variety of projects. Your shift may include:
Operating asphalt equipment such as pavers, screeds, rollers and skid steers
Working collaboratively with the crew to achieve protected and effective outcomes
Helping deliver projects that keep WA’s roads and communities moving
Upholding our strong Zero Harm safety culture
Contributing to a supportive team setting where every role counts

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the asphalt industry (highly desirable)




A Current HR Licence (desirable)/ General Construction Induction Card (essential)
Competency operating asphalt equipment including pavers, screeds, rollers and skid steers
A positive attitude and strong team focus
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
