About the role

We are seeking reliable and proactive Venue Cleaners to join our team and support the day-to-day presentation and cleanliness of six performing arts venues across Sydney.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and welcoming environments for audiences, performers, staff and visitors. The role will involve a combination of routine cleaning, post-event cleaning, office cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning across our venues.

Key Responsibilities
Complete post-event cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal and general tidying.
Clean and maintain bathrooms, amenities and high-traffic areas to a consistently high standard.
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Clean foyers, public areas, backstage spaces and other venue areas as required.
Regularly clean two office locations within our venues.
Undertake scheduled deep cleans of venues, including less frequent detailed cleaning tasks.
Identify and report maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to the appropriate team member.
Ensure cleaning equipment, products and storage areas are maintained and used safely.




Work flexibly across multiple venues according to operational and event requirements.
Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working around staff, performers, contractors and members of the public.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and venue-specific cleaning requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining high standards in busy public spaces. You will be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively and adapting your workload around event schedules.

Previous commercial, hospitality, venue, office or facilities cleaning experience is desirable, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
