Previous medical receptionist experience with Best Practice Software, desirable, but not essential

/n

you will be rostered between the hours of:

/n





7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday

/n

7:30am to 5:30pm Fridays

/n

8:30am to 1:30pm Saturday

/n

About the Role:

/n

Customer service:

/n

First point of contact via phone, in person, and online. Create a positive first impression. Book appointments, process payments, reconcile cash/EFTPOS, take accurate messages, and follow up referrals, paperwork, and payments.

/n

Reception flow & presentation:

/n

Ensure smooth daily operations by setting up the office, preparing patient paperwork, managing appointment flow, communicating delays, and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked waiting area.

/n

Medical administration:

/n

Checking paperwork and maintaining medical records with strong attention to detail.

/n

Team support:

/n

Responsive and proactively assist team members to help deliver a smooth, comfortable, and protected patient experience.
