Our client is looking for a Chief Technology Officer who wants to challenge assumptions, rethink customer experiences and transform how technology is used within a highly regulated workplace.

Working closely with a highly entrepreneurial Founder and CEO, you'll lead the next evolution of a technology-led organisation that sees innovation as a competitive advantage, not a project.

You'll drive AI adoption, redesign customer journeys, modernise processes and build a technology function capable of supporting significant business growth. Most importantly, you'll help create experiences that make life easier, faster and better for customers.

This role requires someone who can embrace complexity. Someone who understands governance and regulation but refuses to let them become barriers to innovation.
