Player:
Manage a specialist 360 desk; build and maintain strong client partnerships
Achieve personal billing and placement targets
Develop expertise in your vertical or territory
Market placeable candidates to top employers
Coach:
Recruit, onboard,



and coach Permanent Placement Recruitment Consultants
Build capability through structured training, KPI management, and monthly reviews
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The Person: What You Bring
3 – 5+ years working as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant with strong billing results
Leadership or coaching experience; strong BD and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
