We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator who thrives on making a difference in the lives of young people. The successful candidate will be a confident leader with strong literacy and numeracy teaching skills, capable of delivering personalised learning programs for students with diverse needs and varying academic levels.

You will be an exceptional relationship builder, with a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting young people, particularly those who may have experienced challenges in their education. A trauma-informed approach, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and positive in complex situations are essential.

The role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate resources and timetables, and respond flexibly in a energetic environment.
You will also be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, build strong partnerships with families and stakeholders, and contribute to shared decision-making.
n
Experience in learning support, special education, primary education, or intervention programs will be highly regarded. Above all, you will bring a growth mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for young people.
