Requirements Elicitation and Definition
Facilitates workshops, conducting interviews/observations and synthesising the outputs systematically
Acts as an internal consultant to guide stakeholders to the best solution to realise strategic goals and desired benefits
Ability to write user stories and other methods of recording technical requirements, in a way that fully and accurately represents the scope and aligns with strategies
Conducts validation sessions with teams to ensure acceptance criteria and user stories are fully captured for business requirements
Ensures requirements traceability and scope/change control, tracks decisions, and participates in risk and issue identification and management
Ability to analyse business requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements
Communication and Negotiation
Coherently and confidently conveys and explains information at team member and leader levels
Rapidly identifies stakeholders, analyses their needs and issues, and employs effective strategies to respond
Proven ability to employ a constructive and cooperative negotiation style to achieve win-win outcomes in challenging circumstances
