Job Description
Elysia Wellness Retreat is Australia's leading wellness destination, offering tailored programmes and exceptional guest experiences.
Our reservations team is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless booking process.
About the Role
We are looking for aCasual Reservations Agentto join our front‐office team.
This role involves managing guest bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone and email inquiries professionally




Process reservations accurately using booking systems
Provide information about retreat packages and services
Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments
Qualifications
Previous experience in reservations or hospitality (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
