NRMA Marine is seeking a skilled Master <45m to join our Sydney harbour operations on a casual/part-time basis. You will lead vessel operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage crew performance, and uphold high service standards for passengers.

Applicants must hold a Master <45m (minimum), MED2, Port Jackson knowledge, and current First Aid, AMSA medical fitness, and WWCC. Solid seamanship, communication, and leadership are essential for this role.
