We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Therapy Services team based at our Coolbinia hub.
About the role
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disability, including assessment, intervention, reporting and case management
Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Therapy Services team using the key worker model
Provide therapy in hub, home, school and community settings
Liaise with families and external supports including hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
Contribute to positive customer outcomes through evidence-based and goal-focused practice
********* FTE (Part Time or Full Time)
Based at our Coolbinia hub with flexible work options
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Right to work in Australia
Current Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
