Overview
This is a full-cycle sales role in which you will own outreach, meetings, and closing. You will manage a territory of 500 law firms using multi-channel outbound (phone, LinkedIn, email, Zoom) combined with warm partner referrals and inbound leads. You will also own upsells and ascensions within your accounts.
Responsibilities
Run a high-activity, multi-channel sales motion to sign new firms
Hit and exceed monthly sign targets (minimum 15; ***** expected)
Build strong relationships with firms and drive upsells/ascensions
Represent Finchly at industry events and through partner activations
Report accurately on activity and pipeline; contribute feedback to help shape our sales playbook
What You80l l Bring
1-3+ years in sales (SDR, BDR, AE, recruiter, or similar) with strong outbound experience
Comfortable running multi-channel outreach: phone, LinkedIn, email, Zoom
Proficiency with AI and productivity tools is a strong advantage
